Halloween City Character Creation Roleplay
A long, black naga sits, coiled up on himself is on the other side of the table. You take a seat, looking at them. His scales are completely black, he has cool-blue eyes, a forked tounge that occasionally slips from his mouth to hiss. He doesn't seem human, as he is a sub-species of naga that is almost completely serpentine. He has a large stack of papers in front of him, which he takes a sheet and sets it aside. It seems to be a registration form
"Ah, hello there. My name issss Ssssava.... I sssshall be assssssssisssssting you in getting regisssstered to move in... Now... what issss your name...?"
